What does the subscription to the EXPO area include?
The subscription to the Expo area will allow you to create a page to promote your business to a target audience, which can be national or international. To find out what our subscription offers, click here.

What does “main category” and “subcategory” mean?
In order to subscribe to Kleanoo EXPO, you will be asked to select a category that best represents your business, which will be defined as your Main Category.
This will allow you to create your Exhibitor Page in a specific section of the EXPO area. In addition, each category has its own subcategories which can be freely selected.

What do I have to do after the subscription purchase?
After you subscribe, you will receive a welcome email with a button, which will redirect you to a form to be filled in within 21 days. The information provided (logo, photo, video, company description etc.) will be displayed on your Exhibitor Page.
Can I purchase one or more of the “Additional Options” after my subscription?
Yes, the additional options can be purchased at a later moment. Please note that any additional options will run concurrently and expire with your yearly subscription. To buy additional options, just go to “My account” and click on UPGRADE. You will be able to add to your subscription plan the focus products feature, additional news, industry newsletter or to display banner ads on the website to promote your product or service.
What are the subscription options available for corporate groups and / or holding companies?
For corporate groups or holding companies, we provide two subscription options:
- A single subscription for the entire group. A single Exhibitor Page will represent the entire group and its brands and will be placed in the selected main category and in any additional categories purchased.
- Multiple subscriptions – one for each company and /or brand. A single subscription for each company and/or brand. Each Exhibitor Page will be placed in the selected main category and in any additional category purchased.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
No, Kleanoo will send you a notice 30 (thirty) days before the expiry of your subscription, indicating how to renew. For more information, please refer to the Terms of Service.

How to create an EXPO account?
After subscribing to Kleanoo EXPO you will have an EXPO account automatically created for you.
Who can access an EXPO account?
Only Kleanoo EXPO subscribers can access the EXPO account area.
What can I do with my EXPO Account?
From your account you can manage your personal information, including your password and billing information as well as purchase additional subscription options.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account please contact our support team.
Can I change my username?
No, your username cannot be changed.
Is my personal information shared with other users?
All your personal information is private and will not be shared with other users. For more details, you can check our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Account access problems
Where can I find the login credentials?
Your username and password will be emailed to you after you subscribe. If you want, you can change your password by clicking on the link in the email.
I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
Just click on “Forgot password?” and enter your username or email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
I can’t log in, what should I do?
Note that passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure to enter each letter case as you did when the password was created. If you continue having access issues, please contact our support team.
Payments
General information
What are the payment options?
Kleanoo accepts payment by PayPal, credit/debit card (via PayPal) or by bank transfer. For more details, please visit our Payment Methods page.
Why is my VAT number rejected?
If during registration process you get a “VAT number is invalid” error, you may not have entered it correctly.
Alternatively, check:
- that your VAT number is registered in the VIES system (VAT Information Exchange System). For that, we recommend that you visit the site (click here);
- We remind you that only national tax administrations can update VIES data. The tax administrations of some EU countries require the submission of a specific form for VAT registration;
- If you find any data inaccuracy, you need to contact your tax administration to request corrections or additions to your data.
How will I receive the invoice?
Buyers registered in Italy for tax purposes: After every purchase, Kleanoo automatically issues an electronic invoice which will be sent directly to the “Agenzia delle Entrate” (Italian tax authorities). At the same time, you will receive an email with a copy of it in PDF format. PBuyers not registered in Italy for tax purposes: you will receive an email with the invoice in PDF format. You can also view and download your subscription invoices right from your account.
My credit card payment has been rejected.
There can be several reasons why the payment failed which do not necessarily depend on you. We advise you to check:
- that you have entered your information correctly (card number, expiry date, CVV);
- that you have sufficient funds for the purchase and the purchase amount does not exceed your credit limit;
- your bank’s policies regarding online purchases;
if the problem persists, please contact our customer service through the “Support” button located on your account dashboard. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card account without due authorization.
Are my credit card details stored by Kleanoo?
No, Kleanoo does not retain your credit card information as it’s managed directly by PayPal.
Payment methods available
PayPal
PayPal is an easy, fast and reliable payment method, which is widely used on the Web. It allows companies and consumers to send and receive payments securely. After clicking the “Continue to PayPal” button you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to effect the payment. Your payment information will be processed and managed entirely by PayPal secure servers. If the order is cancelled by the customer or is not accepted by Kleanoo, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.
Credit card
In case of payment by credit card, the transaction will be carried out through PayPal, a safe platform that enables you to make payments. Kleanoo will not have access to your credit card details.
Bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after the payment has credited the Ecotrade account. Payment must be made within 5 business days from the date of subscription. The order will be automatically annulled after this period. The reason for the bank transfer must specify the order number indicated in the order confirmation email. Details of the bank account to which the transfer is to be made are found in the order confirmation email.
