Officially entered into phase 3 after June 3 with the reopening of the regions and then the possibility of moving within the EU states, we can leave behind us a hard and difficult quarantine, which has not defeated the virus but had certainly mitigated it in its spread and that, however, has deeply marked our economy. The Relaunch Decree approved by the Government, therefore, specifies what are these guidelines necessary to implement a restart in complete safety and to avoid any fallout from a system made more fragile due to restrictive measures and allow a return to life both economically and socially. A life far from the concept of normality to which we have been accustomed so far and that will be so for a long time, unless the vaccin arrives, on which the entire scientific community is working.
There are many sectors involved in this relaunch, not only commercial activities, from catering, to tourism, to retail, to which a collective effort is required to be able to restart and to which are added all those services that have never stopped even in full emergency, such as road haulage, which can breathe again. The Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte, has assured us that he had finally drawn up a national monitoring plan to intervene promptly in the event of new outbreaks.
The responsibility than passes to the citizens, who are asked to work according to precise safety standards and according to pre-established protocols depending on their work.
